Our Facebook Fan Page Got Banned !!!!

Hi, Friends the past week has been a frustrating one for me, By now from the Post's heading most of you might have already figured out the subject of this post, Yes Our Face book Fan page got banned !!. We had more than 2K fans on our Face book Fan Page and suddenly everything vanished, So how did this all happen?

Our Facebook Fan Page Got Banned !!!!

Last Monday (1st April ) when i tried to log into my  Fb Account i got message saying  " Your Face Book account has been banned for violating our terms and service", At first i thought i had been a victim of a  phishing attack but after trying some time i realized that my Face book  Account has been suspended, The sad part was i had created Hackaholic's (101hacker.com) Face Book fan page using the same Facebook Profile and thus our Face book Fan Page also got banned, this really left me in a state of shock because i had about  2000 plus fans on my Face Book Fan page, It took me almost 2 years to build the Face Book community and all vanished in a matter of seconds, After a while i googled about this subject "Face Book banning accounts" and i found out that many blogger's have faced similar issues. I dint loose hope after reading some of their comments and posts about how they got their accounts back after appealing to Face Book team

So i also followed the recovery process, I sent a mail to Facebook team  about the issue that had happened to me, the next day i received a Reply from Facebook team stating ..

Hi,

Unfortunately, your account has been permanently disabled for violating Facebook's Terms. We will not reactivate it for any reason.

This will be our last email regarding your account. For more information about our policies, please read the Facebook Community Standards: https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards/

From their reply, i lost hope of recovering my Face book account or Fan Page. The sad part is, I still don't know what TOS i violated. Face book doesn't seem to care about its users, I never received any warning messages from Face book Team before they disabled my account. Not even a Notification mail after they disabled my account. I came to know that my account was disabled only when i tried to log in. It felt like i was kicked out of Face Book just like that, I had been a Face book user for the past 5 years to my conscience never had i violated any of Facebooks Tos during the period.  I have tried mailing them multiple times but nothing seems to work as on date

So what did i learn from this ?

1. Backup all my contacts and Mails, Because You might never know what's going to happen
2. Never Trust Any Free Service especially Face book
3. Be active on multiple social networking sites !

As mentioned above, i was just active on Face book and occasionally on google + after this bad experience, i am not going to Join Fb in the near future, i joint twitter recently  if you want to contact me you can either join me on google + or you can connect me on twitter
