There is no such thing as 100% FUD maker , when every crypter comes they are usually FUD but after a period of time they get detected by anti viruses , So always look for new crypters , Usually these new FUD crypters are not free .. you need to pay some money to get them !

Basically SniperSpy has more features than Winspy and also With Sniper spy you can use their server for receiving logs etc, but in winspy you need to use your own email or ftp account as far as AV detection both are less detectable But sniper spy team updates more often than winspy and sniper spy service is great when compared to Winspy . But with winspy you get more licences hence you can monitor many people .

So my advice would be, if you want to monitor many people at a cheap rate then go with Winspy . If you want to monitor a single person then go with Sniperspy
